I Have a Speeding Ticket Hearing in Court Tomorrow Morning

I didn't pay the fine ahead of time. The speeding ticket is a 40/25. It was late at night and I was going about 34 and I thought the speed limit was 35. I saw the officer was right behind me and followed me for a few blocks before pulling me over.

My question is what happens if I don't go tomorrow?

Someone told me that if the officer didn't show me his radar or something than I have a chance of fighting the ticket in court. Is this true? I just took the ticket, signed and went about my way.

The court date is on Thursday, Jan. 16 so I guess I could pay tomorrow online or in person.

Or should I go to the court and try to fight it?

You can call out of court and pay online if it's still showing that option if not just test your luck

I just paid it online $150. You can prepay up until 330 pm the day before court date. Thanks anyway

More likely the officer knew that reckless is 20 over.
