Creep on Facebook trying to friend me

So there's this weirdo on Facebook that I'm not friends with but he messages me trying to get my number and his own Facebook page is creepy. He refers to women as "tail" and is into Wicca.


Can I report him to Facebook?

its not like im seriously asking for advice because i have no other option. just pooling a spectrum of opinions solely to see what the pool has to offer. i already said it was too late.
