Ghosts

What is the idea with ghosts, either in religion, or otherwise?
If they do exist, why is that I have never seen one, nor has anyone I've ever known seen one (at least the 25 or so people I've actually asked)?
How many people have died over the the ages? Shouldn't there be millions upon millions of ghost "candidates"?
Some people very close to me have died over the years. Some are jokers, some cared about me a great deal...why have they never, ever showed up to play a joke on me, or do something else, like lead me out of the way of a car crash or something like that?
I'm pretty sure that when I die, and I'm given the chance to show up and f with people, or help people out that need it, I would do it. Do they have a sit down with every person that dies and give them some creed about when they can ghost or not? And even then, don't some rebellious types, or jokers, say, ah, screw it, I'm dead, what's the worst that can happen to me, I'm gonna go f with somebody, or visit somebody, or go hang out in the girls soccer team locker room...I mean again, millions of people die each frickin' year!

The human mind is capable of playing all sorts of tricks and some people are just fucking crazy in the head. I don't think ghosts exist and I am shocked at all the ghost shows. Isn't there like a ghost channel now or something?
It is silly. There would be proof now captured by the sheer amount of technology out there but their isn't. This is fascination and fear of the unknown, nothing more, nothing less.

Ghosts are real, but they can not be seen. They create all the havoc, chaos, tragedy, calamity, humor, laughter, and weird shit in our lives every day.
For example, ghosts did this and while you can't see them, a bunch of them got together and made a lot of people laugh their asses off. Cool ghost trick.
