I found it very interesting how long it took the secret service to respond and then when they did come out from behind the door, they just stopped to see what was happening. He dodged it like a pro, not once but twice.

Secret Service was asleep at the wheel on this one, not one of those guys even pulled their weapon out (probably for political correctness reasons), and guy never should have had an opportunity to get off another tomahawk throw of is shoe. SS should have jacked him up much quicker hopefully he is in jail cell still looking for hit teeth.

The SHoe Appeared to be quite aerodynamic but too heavy as a result of using heavy leather and thus with Prez Bush's finely honed GOP executive privaliges Skillz was easily able to duck from this clumsy attack. Just imagine if that shoe chucker had three feet and three shoes with wich to fling OR he had simply grabbed shoes from OTHER peoples feet and kept flining them? Would he have been able to bracket bush in hi line of fire and strike his target, leaving a rubber soled imprint on our Prez's face? Not a sermon just a thought.

Getting back to the OP's question, I don't really know what to think of the shoe that was thrown at bush. I didn't really get a good look at it.
Was it a wing tip? A loafer?

If he had been in America and thrown his shoes at Bush, he would be in Gitmo before the second shoe hit the ground. Or charged with attempted assault, aggravated assault, attempted assassination, etc.
If he had thrown his shoes during Saddam's regime, he would be executed in less than 24 hours, if they didn't feel like torturing him first.
So, I think this is a shining example of the Freedom and Democracy that Bush was trying to bring to Iraq; he has the freedom to throw his shoes, and all he gets is an "insulting a foreign leader" charge. If he gets the full sentence, the arab world is going to riot, with trampling deaths, people setting themselves on fire, etc.

My dexterity's about 16, so I get a +2 to my dodge roll. Not to mention you'd have a -6 to your attack roll for the second knife. Honestly, guys, this one was all me. Bush did a little deal with me to become President, and this marks the beginning of the end for him. He's going to live a long life, yes, but he will live long enough to see that he's only remembered as "the president that started a war in Iraq, and then some guy threw his shoes at him." I believe in a long, slow burn, and I think being universally hated by the entire fucking world is a pretty good start.
I guarantee you this man will fall off the wagon the second he's not president anymore, spurred to binge drinking after seeing the hits for the video on YouTube.
