Humidity 98% Dew Point 55°F

this is unacceptable. downeasterners should not be warmer than nova-ans.

Eastport is surrounded by water that keeps it warm. It's a beautiful area but, go there in august when it's a nice hot 90 summer day here, and Eastport has a high of 64. Screw that.

You may need AC 2 weeks in the summer. Most places do not have AC, That's no shit.
