What's the deal with the Wii U ?

Is the Wii U like a side project thing for Nintendo? It's not the official next gen console is it? Why is the controller the size of my head? Why do the games look like they're not even real 3D? What's Nintendo thinking??

Can someone explain the controller to me? It's the size of a brick, and it has a screen on it. How is that supposed to work?

When I got my GED from FCPS my guidance counselor suggested that I attend Wii U.

My student loan application came back rejected.
