Nicotine gum

Anybody used this to quit? I'm only 6 days in and it seems ok. I chew more when I drink, is that the only drawback?

I used the lozenges mainly when I quit 8 weeks ago. I wasn't allowed to chew gum at the time. The couple of times when I did use the gum I thought it was OK. I heard that your teeth start hurting after a while.
Doesn't it say though, you're not supposed to be chewing and drinking at the same time?

It does say to not eat or drink but i figure I'm ingesting the nicotine anyway, it really cant hurt. It does stop the cravings, but am i now just going to be addicted to the gum?

She's said that in earlier threads(the concerned mother worrying her daugher is blwoing a faux gangbanger). The pregnancy is a bit of a turnoff, however. At least you know she puts out.

The gum never worked for me, I had to Drop $300 for the 3x step patch program, even then it was hard to quit since i had been smoking camel NON-filtered ciggs since i was in the 4th grade.

Only the paraniod will Survive...

I used the Commit for about 4 weeks and now I am fine. Every once in a while I want to smoke but then I just get my mind off of it.
Plus, sometimes I smoke a cigar and then I have enough for a while anyways.
It depends on how many gums you chew each day.
