What is going on with YouTube, Google+ and Bob?

Seems like there are some very unhappy people posting comments on YouTube about new requirements to link YouTube accounts to Google+

Some kind of "Bob" campaign to spam the comments sections with ASCII graphics & pasted crap.

I wonder how the threads would change on FFU if posters had to register their actual Name, e-mail, Facebook, Google+, Disqus, etc. account?

Sucks. I block all of the tracking crap from Google, Facebook, etc. and the 3rd-party data aggregators. Just another way for them to capture and sell even more information about you. Won't do it.

When they introduced Google+ they deleted a bunch of top comments from one of my videos, saying they were spam. Gee, thanks.

They're simply pulling a "Microsoft" and trying to force people to use the failing Google +.

So far, it has been a disaster for Google. The question is, do they care?

I've noticed Google bullying me into tying my google into my youtube. I refuse. I'll sooner delete both accounts before I bow to their horseshit. I hope people aren't falling for this shit. I say we all go back to hotmail. Fuck google up it's proprietary ass.
