Yes My porch is part of my house. If you invade my house I shoot you.

Nobody has a right to invade someone elses property no matter how much they love or hate or even if they are complete stranger and suffer from stranger ENVY.

Ok yes I agree it was wrong to shoot her but if she had drugs in her system and he has children in the house then I fully support the man for shooting her.

You have no right to invade my privacy no matter the time of day or night when I am in my own home.

If you do or did I would sue you and end up owning that house. Don't forget..this is America.

naw dude. unless it was enclosed you have no right claiming self defense/defense of property. im sure you are talking about some case and are too lazy to post a link so i am going to talk to you directly. a porch, not enclosed is the same as a door step. you cant shoot someone just because they ring your doorbell. now, if you have an enclosed porch with a locked door and have methods of contacting you inside i.e. doorbell and the person broke into said porch i can see that as justifiable. other than that gone fishin with bill dance today

I bet you're a big fan of "Cutlery Corner"; and never miss a show. That is real Tenn. way of thinking.

The solution here is to make sure that first triple-tap kills. That way there's only one story when the police show up. Also, keep a throwaway handy to stick in the corpse's hand. I have one, completely untraceable to me, kept cleaned and loaded in a plastic bag and never handled in a way which would put my fingerprints on them.

"Officer, I saw he had a gun and he said he'd blow my head off. I had to shoot! I was in fear for my life!"

It's the Detroit case. The family of the drunken victim(?) will get the house and anything else the man has. It is kind of scary to have a drunk beating on your door.

So of course the only sensible thing to do is to kill her.

Just read the article.........it is an enclosed porch but she was on the outside knocking or banging when he shot her from inside a LOCK door. Regardless of underage drinking and DUI, and race card. This is not a self defense situation and he should be in prison for it.

There is NOTHING more teabagger-manly than shooting someone on your castlegrounds.

Doesn't matter what the situation is. Kick ASS, take names.

God will sort it out.

Some men are still noble and act like men.

And then there's the rest (you). Pussified by the feminists and pointing fingers at men who continue to uphold the long lived tradition of manliness. What's a matter, does testosterone intimidate you, asshat? Shut your fucking clown mouth.

Sharpton & the Black KKK is on it now. He hears the cash register ringing!

Not just a drunk, but a half crazed drunken black savage female.
