Tree is fine, falling tree which lands on house and crushes Chink is a big fear.

Nope. Appears you've never been to Chengdu. Then when getting a break from the girls, you can go and check out the Pandas (that's where they are from).

The best Chinese is Sichuan Pavilion in DC. That's why there is a long ass line to get in, but don't worry most people here can't afford to eat there so not a problem.
