I've always wondered who the first person was to pop an oyster out of it's shell and think "that looks tasty..I think I'll eat it".

While I do appreciate their daring adventures, I still can't get past the part of what would make people...human beings...taste things that just don't seem.....right.

I often wonder who would be dumb enough to gobble everything that Fox News serves?

Simple answer: because you're hungry and they taste good.

Impending starvation likely inspired much trial and error through the ages.

If you're hungry enough, you'll eat something that looks as bad as an oyster.

At the same time, many species of plants and mushrooms that may have looked delicious may have poisoned a few along the way.
