Yeah that is kind of shocking. She says 'myzzled' actually. You would think with a college edjumacation she would have seen that word before once or twice. However, not surpising. More and more 'free dialogs' appear to be scripted on news programs.
WTOP's movie reviewer (the last place you would think someone would have to phone it in--your job is to watch movies for fuck's sake) say 'dewar' instead of 'dour' when (apparently) reading a movie review.
Of course, we could all just follow Mark Twain's xample and fix English so it can be spoke as red.

The puzzling thing here might be more along the lines of why would she use a word she wasn't familiar with in crafting a response to a previously arranged question? If I had never seen mislead before I couldn't possibly use it to write a response. So, it does seem obvious her responses where written by someone else who blindly assumed a grade school education.

You can see that she starts to struggle just before that as if something had gone wrong with the promoter. Then it comes back and she's trying to catch up to get back on script. Just misread then it when it was moving by.

Thats possible. Whatever it was it wasnt something that happens when youre speaking your own thoughts to a question. It was definitely some talking points response she had prepared

Of course it was scripted, though she's apparently reading from notes on the desk to her right. Any time one of those talking heads (liberal or conservative) appears, it's scripted. They're there for a purpose: To read talking points. Jon Stewart has a lot of fun with that, usually with clips of 8-10 Republicans all saying the same precise thing, word for word. You could do exactly the same thing with the Democrat talking heads. We've moved into an almost completely scripted world.
