3 suspects climb through McDonald's drive-thru window, rob restaurant at gunpoint

FORT WASHINGTON, Md. -
Prince George’s County police say three suspects robbed a McDonald’s restaurant at gunpoint after entering through its drive-thru window.

The robbery occurred at around 12:30 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Swann Creek Road in Fort Washington.

Police say the suspects climbed into the drive-thru window, pulled out guns and demanded cash. After the employees complied, the suspects crawled back out the window and ran away.

They climbed thru the drive thru and back out thru the drive thru. Why didn't they use the door?

When you use the drive-thru window, it's easier to get the drop on the people inside. Nobody expects someone to come through a drive-thru window...

12:30 at night, I'm sure they ain't gettin' a lot of business so, you wait for a break where there ain't no line...and then rob that bitch.

Is there a reason to have a drive thru window in a mcdonalds? Is there a reason for a mcdonalds to be open at 12:30?

They were just asking to give money to some deserving needy individuals.

You use the drive-thru window for your exit because it's the closest exit to the fryer so you can take a moment and fry up some of those original apple pies before you go the way they supposed to be, dawg...
