I saw a picture once where a guy killed himself in a band saw. Im not sure how he pulled it off but, the picture showed his top half on the saw table and his legs and shit down on the ground....cut right thru the guts!

I'm going to put a front runner up on my list as being "slow-cooked" while alive. You get to feel all the sensations as your skin heats up and starts to melt and liquefie(no idea how to spell that).

Making a mistake - giving away your credibility and integrity, caught in a lie, and denying it all to your soul mates who have had your back even though they know you are cold busted and then giving up the truth.

You don't have to die to suffer the worst death.

You just have to give away your credibility and integrity once - and then live with it.

There is an endless list of poor bastards forgotten to history that died by various horrendous methods(drawn, hanged and quartered, burning, boiling, frying, flaying, sawing). It's probably one of them, of recorded ones, these would be up there:

Gyorgy Dosza
Liu Jin
Alciade Melec

Probably because I misspelled like an idiot.

1705 The sawing of Alcaide Melec

One of the most notorious cases of sawing as execution is that of the Alcaide[25] (castellan/governor) Melec under emperor Moulay Ishmael (r.1672-1727). The fullest description of this execution is found in Dominique Busnot's[26] 1714 work "Histoire du règne de Mouley Ismael", although a brief notice of the event can be found in the January 1706 edition of "Present state of Europe".[27] In the following, the tale as told by Busnot will be given.[4] Melec was judged as the chief rebel to be punished in a rebellion instigated by one of the emperor's sons, Mulay Muhammad. In particular, according to Busnot, the empress was incensed that Melec had personally beheaded one of her cousins, Ali Bouchasra.[28] In September/October 1705,[27] Mulay Ismail sent for his chief carpenter, and asked if his saws were capable of sawing a man in two. The carpenter answered "Sure enough". He was then given the grisly task, and before he left, he asked him whether Melec should be sawn across or along the length. The emperor said the sawing should proceed lengthwise, from the head downwards. He told, however, Boachasra's sons, they should follow the carpenter and decide for themselves how best to take revenge upon the murderer (i.e., Melec) of their father. Taking with him 8 of the public executioner's assistants, the master carpenter went to the prison where Melec was held, two of his brand new saws packed in cloth, in order to keep from Melec information of the intended manner of execution. Melec was now placed on a mule, bound with an iron chain, and led to the public square, where some 4000 of his relatives and members of his tribe were assembled. These made a "terrifying" spectacle through screaming, and clawing their faces in a public display of grief. Melec, on the other hand, seemed unperturbed, calmly smoking from his tobacco pipe. When taken down from the mule, Melec's clothes were removed, damning letters "proving" his treason was cast in the fire. Then, he was strapped onto a board, and placed upon a sawbench, his arms and legs fastened. The executioner team then sought to start by sawing him from the head downwards, but Boucasra's sons intervened, and demanded that one began between Melec's legs instead, because otherwise, he would die too quickly. Under the terrible screams of Melec and his relatives, thus began his execution. Once they had sawed him up to the navel, they pulled out the saw in order to commence from the other side. Melec is said to have been still conscious, asking for some water. His friends, though, thought it best to hasten his demise and shorten his sufferings, and the executioners went on, sawing him from skull to navel so he fell apart. In the process, chunks of flesh was ripped out by the saw's teeth, blood splattering everywhere, making the execution quite unbearable to watch..

Around 300 other conspirators were impaled alive, and another report states that in addition to these, some other 20 chief conspirators had their arms and legs sawed off, and left to expire in the marketplace.[27]

^ Geez, that's pretty horrific. I'm surprised he didn't bleed out after the first couple of cuts. But since it was brought up...impaling has to be pretty awful. Especially if you are one in a string of impalements. The fear alone would kill you.

You may well have seen this video already but maybe not. IMO, this is the most brutal shit I've ever watched. There are plenty of necklacing videos on the web but usually the footage is really grainy and the dude recording it can't hold his phone still to save his life. Not so with this one.

This is as bad a way to go as I can think of. There's just enough chance of living for this guy to not completely give up hope...which I imagine only makes it just that much more agonizing.

Not for the faint of heart.

Skinned alive. Buried alive, slow roasting I.e. hands charred off, remove to expose fresh nerves, char the wrists and work on up. Wood chipper feet first, buried to the chin in the desert with eyelids cut off. The comanche had particular skill in that regard.

You are in a hospice suffering from ass cancer, ie colostomy bag, agonizing pain etc...

A fire breaks out...

Not enough smoke to knock you unconscious, you burn to death slowly at a temperature just high enough.

I remember the first time I saw this GIF. What an awful way to die. They used to use horses for this style of execution, looks like they've graduated to Toyota Hiluxes.

Something similar happened around here a few years ago. Someone fell into a septic tank, and a relative jumped in to save the person. And they both drowned. That is one fucked up way to die.

I once took a man up to 2,300 feet in a C-5 Galaxy. When he refused to tell me what I wanted to know, I tightly chained his hands, feet and neck to the sides of a 3 foot section of telephone pole such that his chin rested on the top of the pole. Then I chained a 20 pound weight to the bottom of the pole and shoved him out the open cargo door.

We landed and went looking for the remains. All we found was his body from the neck down still chained to the pole which was surrounded by a 43 foot irregular ring of blood, brain matter and pulverized skull fragments.

The C-5 is very loud but, I'm pretty sure I heard him pissing himself the whole way down...
