Why did Obama kill the UNARMED African American woman driving erratically in Washington?

People do this everyday in America and they're not executed?

It was kinda funny! I think they justify it by saying she was using the vehicle as a "dangerous weapon." Maybe some "war nerves" on the part of the cops from the Navy Yard disaster.

Why did they? Oh, that's an easy one. The lady had a sex tape of Obama and Reggie love and was about to pubicly release it. No costs were spared in removing her DNA from this earth.

If the capitol cops were furloughed but remained at their posts, can the family sue each cop? The cops had no real authority or business being there in the first place.
