Stories on the News About Small Biz Hurt by the Shutdown

Yes.

There are some dry cleaners and small sandwich shops who are taking a little hit from the shutdown. Kinda like the rest of the country did in 2009-09.

Talked to a food truck neighbor of mine, he says things on K St are business as usual, apparently all the lobbyists are going nowhere.

Hey, fuck the media and their sob stories though. It's not the end of the world or even the end of the month.

These folks chose to service an industry that has been running in the red for fucking years.

Should you feel bad about the boomtown saloons and brothels that shut down when the gold went away?

My neighbor 's a big liberal. Govt job he hardly ever shows up at, supports big government, loves taxes, etc. Inheard yesterday that he got arrested for trying to steal a chicken sandwich from one of those food trucks. Trying to get something for free, even though he didn't work for it.
