Eating Breakfast helps weight loss? Not for me !

The notion that you must eat breakfast to lose weight is absurd. When I eat breakfast it actually makes me HUNGRIER during the day. Im never hungry when I get up in the morning, so why should I eat when Im not hungry? I recently started skipping breakfast (or rather the morning meal), and I feel less hungry, and Im actually starting to lose weight.

Maybe eating a big hearty breakfast works for most people. But it just sets off my appetite all day long. No breakfast for me!

Eat a hardboiled egg; it is a protein, hard to digest, and you can last easily til lunch.

Because if you skip meals and don't consume enough calories throughout your day your body goes into storage mode. Meaning you will actually gain more weight because your body will be storing more fat. Instead of skipping meals why not cut down the size of your meals? I'm sorry but hunger is a part of dieting. I don't know if this is supposed to be a troll post or what.

The best thing to do is to eat in the middle of the night. Set your alarm for 2:30 or 3AM and get up and eat a good hearty breakfast, maybe some pancakes, a few omelettes, bacon, then go back to sleep. Your body absorbs more nutrients this way and it will help get you a better night's sleep.

You gotta eat protein within 30 minutes of waking up. No carbs - you'll just be hungry in two hours.

But eating breakfast makes me hungrier thoughout the day. Causing me to EAT MORE, than I would if I just skip breakfast and wait til im actually hungry to eat.

Listen to the Meepster......he's dead on. And remember, the heavier foods have more nutrients in them. Mac and cheese, any Chinese food loaded with MSG and barium sulfate.

Not fat, really. I could stand to lose a few pounds though. Im in pretty good shape.

I don't eat breakfast either. It doesnt matter when you eat. Bottom line you need to burn more than you consume. I only eat when I'm hungry and I don't snack on junk food.
