Try this for energy. Make a tea out of nettle leaves and roots. A good energy drink.

You can buy nettle tea online and maybe at places that sell loose-leaf (never seen that around here though). Supposedly it's good.

I wouldn't be picking my own though. You have to know how to cure the leaves properly, and I would not trust anything growing wild around here, lest you get a belly full of weed-killer chems or pick the wrong thing.
