Scratch on iPod tOuch 4G?!

Today I noticed a tiny scratch on my 3-week old iPod touch 4G. The paranoid person I already am, I started cleaning it. Is there any possible way I can get rid of this scratch? Help?!

Throw it in an acid bath. That's what i would do.

Well, it's a black iPod touch of course, 4G too. And it's the touch screen I'm talking about that has the tiny scratch. Really pissed about it. :/

You can get a new screen on amazon for next to nothing, though I hear the process of replacing the screen is a bit nerve-racking. If you are freaking out about a scratch, I hate to think what might happen when you remove a screw or two.
