you know, I think it gets overlooked that ThePackLeader is really one of the genuinely nicest guys on this forum; think about it--he never starts any trouble, he always posts on-topic, and he is always genuine in everything he writes. I think he's a real dude. Seriously, does anyone here have a problem with the Pack-Man?? I don't think so. He's probably the most agreeable, easiest to get along with dood on this forum.

He's an All-American guy. Until sometime last Summer, I always thought he was a man in his fifties, but now I see him as "The Kid" of the forum. I'm a fan.

PacLeaderk is 23 years old? I thought he was older, and an ex-military guy.

Pack is OK in my book and probably one of the few here I pretty consistently agree with, at least politically. He doesn't sound a government kiss-ass to me, and he kicks out opinions thats are often unpopular, controversial and against the pc grain- good for him. Takes a lot more nuts to be someone like him in todays society than to going the conventional route and raging against the machine the media tells us to. Especially for someone in his age set.

He'll need to load-up on tons of math and physics while he's shooting for that PoliSci degree. So much math and physics that he'll barely have time to spend on his poli sci classes. My original major was Meteorology. Freshmen year was nothing but overwhelming amounts Calculus, Physics, and Chemistry. Shit, after 2 weeks my Physics class was introducing more-complicated calculus than my Calculus class was- and I had Calc in high school. Physics started with about 150 students. There might have been 30 left by the end of the semester. And this was just freshman year.

I couldn't imagine trying to pursue a PoliSci degree in the midst of all that. It would seem like a big distraction.

Yup, that's why I went there. Their program for freshman weeded out about 90% of the kids who came in thinking they could major in it. It was sort of a nightmare, lol.
