Image from Bacon's Rebellion, who I believe got the data from that same study that came out a few days ago showing the DC region is #1 for awesome driving.

Winner: City of Hampton

Loser: City of Alexandria

(...this might be the only time you hear these two juxtaposed this way!)

Wouldn't have picked Hampton. I'd think the best driving would have come away from the Richmond/Hampton Roads/NoVA area - somewhere with no congestion. Guess not.
