How do I transfer my iTunes playlists from my old PC to my new one?

Ok, so I have figured out how to transfer the individual song files over to the new PC and everything plays just fine in iTunes but, it didn't bring my playlist information over. Where can I find the playlist file(s) on my hard drive? I tried Google-ing this and just got a lot of dead ends...

Well if you backed up to the itunes could then you would not have to worry about this.

After I reset my ipad then I redownloaded all my movies and music off the cloud.

Not sure how it happened, but last time I bought a new computer (2 months ago), my iTunes moved all by itself! I didn't ask any questions.
