LWOP for a guy who is paralyzed seems pretty good.

Do not kill him. Making him suffer in prison for life will be more unpleasant for him. Killing him will just make him a martyr. Besides, his junk is broke so no virgins for him!

Even Hassan himself states it was a terrorist attack while Obama will not. As far as Obama is concerned and to help him outlaw guns he still calls it a case of work place violence.

Ofuckhead didn't declare it a terrorist act because doing so allows the victims and their families to sue the fuck out of the government without a cap on the restitution.
Workplace violence means there is a cap, I think 50 or 100 thousand per victim.
Also don't forget ofuckhead has to protect his muslime brothers.

Update - he was sentenced to death.
"Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan was sentenced to death Wednesday for killing 13 people and wounding 32 others in a 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Tex., the worst mass murder at a military installation in U.S. history.
Dressed in Army fatigues, Hasan, who turns 43 next month, listened impassively as the death sentence was handed down by a panel of 13 senior military officers in a unanimous decision after less than two hours of deliberations. If even a single panel member had objected, Hasan would instead have been sentenced to life in prison. He also was stripped of pay and other financial benefits, which he continued to receive while in custody."

He is confined to a wheelchair and wears a catheter and adult diaper. It's a shame to give him the martyrdom he seeks. Let him sit in his own stinking poop in jail.
