Cary's case has been continued until 08/30/2010 when there will be a preliminary hearing. The facts of case are so screwed up a second year law student could get him off.

Why is it that no one from here was in court to support Cary? Why is it that no relatives were there also to show support? I don't believe he is an orphan so his family must have disowned him and his friends here aren't friends at all which says a lot about you here.

I've been to court for several offenses and never asked nor really wanted anyone there for "support." I guess I don't see the point.

I requested a reserved row, with a picture of Inkahootz and a sign with the words "hot or not" tastefully displayed... but the judge said no, and then, in what I consider a very un-judge-like moment, banned me from viewing the proceedings.
