China, Iraq reach $3 bln oil service deal, China and Iraq have signed a $3 billion deal revising an earlier agreement for China's biggest oil company to help develop the Ahdab oil field, an official at the Iraq's Oil Ministry said Thursday.

I still believe Saddam's decision to sign oil deals with China and Russia had as much to do with our going in there as anything. This really was a huge waste of life and money.
