why does jimmy fallon look weird

What is his ethnicity? Wikipedia says Irish but he doesn't look that. Syrian maybe? He looks weird.

Black Irish.

When the fair skinned Celts and Normans migrated to what is now Ireland, they encountered the original inhabitants, dark little oily folks, the Iberians, originally from the iberian peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

You will see Irish people with dark hair and eyes, and thicker hair than most.
Thats because some of their ancient ancestors are Iberians.

It is kind of weird that you don't see adult with that problem. You know, in middle school and high school you see all the special ed kids, then they just disappear once you got to college or get a job. I wonder what happens to them...

He's got dull, lifeless eyes. Doll's eyes. Bobcat Goldwaithe was the last comic I saw with the problem.
