when it's dinner time you gotta eat. no ifs and or buts you dont fuss or muss. youve worked hard its time to replenish those nutrients and get the show back on the road. to show your body you appreciate it no hallmark cards are necessary. keep it clean stay hydrated get plenty of sleep.

the hours of the day you decide to sleep are not the key here, guys. you need to establish a routine. you need your body to know that it will get to rejuvenate itself at a certain time of the day. just like dinnertime. your body has to set the table for its slumber.

i know a lot of people say dont eat carbs before bed and definitely dont eat ice cream because rich foods take energy away from your body while its trying to maintain a sleep mode. basically my rule of thumbs are if you want delta waves you eat delta foods and think delta thoughts. i dont care what the experts say, ice cream does not sound very delta to me. unless its cherry garcia thats my favorite.

He's still posting frequently on Fairfax Underground. He's still walking around free, doing things like taking lizzie's gloves on errands and outings. His mother is still quietly and peacefully decomposing in her hole at Signal Hill.

If having his name publicly revealed at supposed to at some point cause him some sort of vaguely-defined "problems", that sure seems like a weak-ass payoff for all the effort involved.
