No tears shed here. Hall being paid like a number one corner and never was. He had a few key plays but will proably be more remembered for his hot headed temper and stupid penalties. If he wants to come back for a reasonable price, maybe you bring him back and try to transition him into a safety. He simply doesn’t have the speed to be effective at corner anymore.

Banks lost his starting job half way through the season. Without Danny Smith to stand on the table for him I don’t think anyone is surprised he’s been cut. In fact, I doubt he starts in the NFL anywhere else. Guy is just too small and after a few hits he became very Randle El like in his fear of getting hit and propensity to dance around while going nowhere.

Agree on both posts. I'm actually COUNTING on D hall coming back. He knows the system. He could fill in at Nickel and even play Free Safety. This at a much less $2mil. There are at least 2 other 30 year old corners on the Market. Chris Gamble is arguably better than D Hall, who is one of them.

Banks was a fun guy to watch for his 15 minutes. It was time for him to go. Wish him the best though.
