Looks like you got your vandal*, but just remember, you now have someone seriously pissed off at you. Someone with a history of multiple arrests for destruction of property, burglary, assault and battery, and various alcohol related crimes.
He's already come onto your property once, now he's going to sit at home, drunk of course, stewing over how he's going to get payback.

Well the kid is dumb but if he knows what's good for him he'll stay away. We have made some changes and it was either you or someone else who pointed out the electric line running around my house. That's not the only thing LOL! ;)
But not only that, we know his name and what he looks like and where he lives so that would not be very wise.
Then again, posting about stolen signs online and taking photos with stolen signs isn't wise either so nvm LOL!
