I will be joining FCPS in the lawsuit against this blog

I will be joining FCPS with the lawsuit to get all the slanderous post redacted. All the images that have been posted without my permission will also be removed, I hope you guys have used that software that hides your bottom while you are online. I think the yankee boys call them "proxies" or something along the lines of that. I will be seeking compensation for all the damages to my career the posters have created. Myself and FCPS will have this blog shutdown once and for all.

Yes I do have a dandy ole chance, remember I am not alone. I am joining one of the largest most powerful school systems in the world. Unfortunately the damage this site has done to my career is in the tens of thousands, if not more.

Fairfax County Public Schools is not suing this website. They only added the site owner to the motion for removal of a file that was released to the public without authorization.

They will be suing the person who uploaded the file, if they can determine that person's identity. However, this site has no liability for the actions of its users.

The mediation committee has determined that one Meade Haufe Skelton is entitled to compensation for lost wages due to the harrassing photos and comments on Fairfax Underground.

To determine the monetary value, we selected 3 previous performances and averaged the monetary gain (or loss).

It came out to $35 per performance. This is how much it costs Meade Haufe Skelton to perform, as he is never compensated and is required to pay all expenses out of his own pocket.

We then determined the number of performances that Meade Haufe Skelton was unable to book or attend, and determined that he would have been booked every night for the last 3 years.

Therefore, Meade Haufe Skelton is ordered to pay Fairfax Underground $38,325.
