Lower federal tax rate for all wage earners and corporations to 10% across the board - raise minimum wage to $20/hr. What do YOU say?

There are multiple ways to achieve the magic number of government revenue. If the target sum is a fixed number, then the tax rates against number of wage earners and their corresponding wages could be said to be arbitrary, or variable. Perhaps a simple mathematical examination would reveal that a low tax rate against more wage earners making more money would succeed.
