The administrator of this forum is a very strong advocate of the 1st Amendment which guarantees our right to free speech. The "grades post" is not the first post that someone has requested be deleted and it won't be the last. But, here's the thing...if you ask for a post to be deleted and the administrator deletes it, then he's on a proverbial "slippery slope". Other users will start thinking..."Ok, well...the administrator deleted that post on request so, maybe he'll delete this one if I ask. Or that one...or this one..." and on and on and on. If the administrator simply makes a...well...an administrative and personal decision regarding the protection of the 1st Amendment well...he's fully within his rights to do so. You are of course, free to disagree with that but that's tough tinsel. It's his website/forum and it's his rules. You are not required to post or view the content here, you came here by way of choice and your own freewill.
The only way a thread will be deleted by the administrator, is through a court order. But that will take years because I can assure you, this forum's administrator has attorneys at his disposal who know the law and are extremely experienced and skilled at what they do.
Your only other option is to appeal to the person who authored or started the thread regarding the grades. If they are a registered user (signified by their user name appearing in a blue font), then they have the capability to delete the thread as its creator (assuming of course, they and only they...wish to do so). However, if the user who authored the post is a non-registered user (signified by their user name appearing in a black font) then they do NOT have the capability to delete the post, even should they desire to do so.
