Yeah, the world isn't ending. New Zealand and Australia are still there. So is Great Britain.

The Mayan calendar restarts, folks. Just like our calendar does.

Believe what you want to. Logically, if the world was ending on December 21, 2012, it would have to have already started.

All of you realize the Mayans predicted things 800 years into the future, right? In addition, the calendar restarts.

I don't think the Spaniards count as whitey.

I'm sure whitey had something to do with it.

Actually they drank the same water from the well that they conducted all of their human sacrifices in. They died from all disease and bacteria of the people that they killed. Smart People...

The Aztecs were the human sacrificers when Spain landed in the new world, not the Mayans. Mayan cities were long long gone by that time.

Inscribed stones bear witness to the Maya practice of human sacrifice.

I guess my point was that Mayans were sort of irrelevant by the time the Spanish conquest happened. The calendar and civilization everyone's been talking about pre-dates the conquest by a few hundred years. Mayans had already descended into disorganized agrarian jungle folks by the time Cortez landed. The warmongering Aztecs were the big civilization by that time.

That is poorly thought-out... Logically, there are other possibilities...

I think between the two of us, I'm the one that has seen Spanish people. They aren't what you would call whitey.

I guess we should all just forget about our past experiences and accept your appeal to authority...

I suppose, next, you'll tell me that the rain in Spain falls mostly in the mountains...

Seriously though, the Spanish, Portuguese, and the Italians aren't really what you would call whitey.

Are you a whitey Harry?

Well, people are already moving to predict another end of the world. These people are using religion, when the Bible clearly indicates nobody but the Lord shall know of the date or time.
