How to provoke a socio-path?

For anybody who knows anything about the cluster-B type personality disorders I want to know if their lack of empathy, which is one of the main aspects of ASPD (anti-social personality disorder), means that they don’t feel anger the same way we do.
The problem here is that said socio-path has been pounded on so hard so many times that she is afraid to stick up for herself anymore. What can be done to provoke her into a fight even one in which she knows she will lose?
Please help.

As I have found out with inkahootz, a sociopath with no money, no car, no driver's license.....is just a nut who can sit at home all day long and stew in their anger. Monique and inkahootz will never do anything to anybody, they are powerless.

Reading the police blotter on that incident, it happened within walking distance of her house. Her and some friends were loitering on some sidewalk by Lee Highway.
