It's not bad pay. Minimum wage + commission can mean a small fortune I guess. The only thing that sucks is the supervisors that walk around making sure everyone is making their daily quota.

I like the telemarketing places that call thinking they are anonymous with the whole caller ID spoofing. Most of them show up as UNKNOWN NUMBER or LOCAL AREA CALL, but Trapcall always shows where they are calling from. LOL
