What's wrong with what people? The two teens or the parents who thought it was a good idea to have to 16-year-old boys take care of an 8-month-old. It doesn't excuse what the teens did, but the parents were being kind of clueless.

That is the smallest 8 month old I've ever seen. I wonder if anyone has been taking care of the poor thing up until now. Some people are just too stupid to breed!
