Getting Out of a Texting While Driving Ticket in Fairfax County

So, I was pulled over and the officer said he was citing me for "driving while texting". I told him I wasn't texting...I was checking my calendar. He let me go. AWESOME! NO TICKET!

He didn't say he was citing me for "failure to pay attention full time". He said he was citing me for "texting while driving". His lack of knowledge about traffic laws does not constitute a crime on my part.

Why do I need to watch the road when I'm sitting with the car in park in traffic and the motor running to keep warm while they scrape some Busa riding brown savage mud person off the pavement...? Every car around me had a driver groping their cellphone...meh.

The brown savage was a good one! hahaha..all joking aside,

the fact is I have almost bought it by some cunt texting and using the phone. Next time I get clipped by someone using a cell phone I will fuck start their head.
so please, I begging you please! stop using the phone in the car, so you don't die and I don't go to jail for fucking you up. Everyone will be happy.

When I drive and use my phone and I clip you...um, yeah...YOU will be dead from the accident so, you will not have an opportunity to "go outside and practice falling down, I'll be out there in a minute". You? You will be dead.
