Final National Poll Results

The average of the final polls from the big national pollsters (Battleground, Gallup, Rassmussen) sit at:

Romney 48.5%
Obama 47.5%

An incumbent at 47.5% is not good. Obama has to get almost all the undecideds to win.

It's going to be neck-and-neck all day long, right up through prime time.

Gotta keep people tuned in to our news reporting all day. This is the media's super bowl, after all.

Why do you morons focus on the national average? It's all about the electoral votes! It's like a game of chess and Obama has all his pieces positioned for check mate.

WaPo/ABC continues to oversample democrats by +6 (and have for the final month of this election). Pew oversamples by +7. CNN by +8. CBS/Qunnipiac by +9. So either these polls know something or they are skewed (either on purpose or sheer incompetence). It seems to reason that assuming a 2008 model (or better), which was democrat +7 is beyond the realm of possiblity.

For the umpteenth time:

National presidential tracking polls have no meaning.

President Obama will win OH, NV, WI, IA and, thereby, re-election.

Nothing else matters.
