Riding peaceful...and easy

Last I heard, Rusty Hall's keeping a very low, low profile and not going to as many bars. He hangs out around Fairfax, Springfield, Annandale. Not naming bars...sorry.

About a month ago, I saw Rusty sitting with a small group of his long time friends and bikers of the WNC, at the American Legion located in Annandale. I kept my distance and did not want to interrupt his time with his closest circle of friends.

I saw him on the side of braddock road trying to start his AMF year harley. i was going to help him, but i kept my distance and did not want to interrupt him.

I saw him on the side of the road, too! Unfortunately, I was riding my 60's Triumph Bonneville, and if I ever turn off the motor on that piece of shit, it takes about 50 kicks to start it again, so I didn't stop.

I just gave him a wave (my horn didn't work), and kept rolling...

Damn!!! same here mate! was driving my ducati 1965 scrambler and noticed him trying to kick start the bejesus out of that old harley, i kept my distance and did not want to interrupt him.

I wonder if Rusty is still out there, kicking away at that AMF Harley...if I could get my Austin Healey started, I'd go out and see if he needed any help.

I was going to stop and help also man, but I thought that I would give him some distance. I did not want to "jump into the fire."

I slowed down and sang, "Can't live, if living is without you."

I think Rusty liked that.

Anyone out there know what happened to Wednesday Night Crew?

About a month ago, I saw Timmy laying in his unmarked grave. I kept my distance and did not want to interrupt his decomposition.

I do wonder what Rusty did with all of that grave stone money. Maybe that's why he's laying low?

WNC is still around but, all members is keeping a low, low profile. Their riding season is over and won't start up until April 2013. Their home is still Kilroys Sports Bar in Springfield. Their hearts and minds still focus on taking care of those in need in the community including, Toys 4 Tots, Children's Hospital, St. Judes.
