He should visit a neurologist or a psychiatrist. The medicines they have these days are pretty good. They cannot fix stupid, or racial prejudice, but they might help the random outbursts.

I've seen him yell that on some of his older youtube clips, there was one where he yelled it inside a crowded McDonalds and another where he's in some parking lot and shouts it to a bunch of old people who just stood there looking at him. that's no Tourette's, he knows exactly what he's doing and had a big shit-eatin grin on his face afterwards. he's a real pussy too when you notice he only ever yells it when white people are around, I'm sure he's afraid of getting his ass beat. I guess he thought he was being funny like the guys from Jackass but he really came off as just a racist asswipe. pretty sad if he's yelling this at his shows now.
