Online Media - a bullshit job?

I see a lot of Linkedin profiles for "Online Media" or "Social Media and Networking." Like this one woman's profile said her specialties include "Multimedia and Design, Graphic Arts, Networking and Marketing/Promotions, Blogging and Writing, Event Planning and Coordinator."

What type of bullshit stay at home job is this?

people also like to give themselvs titles such as CEO and President of thier LLC which they are the only employee.
