Photorealistic tattoos rarely look right, but despite the creepiness of the designs, whoever did his tattoos did some high quality work. The shading and lines are all very well done.

I've seen way better quality. There is bleeding on both forearm tattoos' lines and the shading/two tone letter fading is way sub par. Plus, the "Miley" and the "Cyrus" on his forearms are way faded.
