Why does Arlington attract whiners and wimps?

It's the massive influx of newbie college grads coming to hang out in their boat shoes and khaki shorts. It's pretty much the same anywhere you have young liberal white kids rolling out in droves to drink craft beers and talk about the worlds problems from safe inside their bubble.
These areas include but are not limited to:
- Buckhead area (Atlanta)
- Bosten (Outside of Southie, Dorchester or other working class areas where you find blue collar actual tough people)
- Seattle (pretty much any city on the west coast is full of hipster wimps)
- Austin (again some variation because even a wimp in Texas is tougher than a wimp from Arlington in most cases)
- San Diego has TONS of transplanted Boat Shoe wearing yuppies. LA has much more variation.
- NYC - Mecca to black rimmed glass wearing, 5 o'clock shadow having, chai tea slurping, weaklings (Again, there are some tough blue collar people left in NYC, but more and more they are being replaced by hipster wimp trash..NJ , Long Island etc has much more "toughness" left in its male population)

I've actually found the vast majority of the wimps in Arlington to be kids of upper-middle class republicans with a huge sense of entitlement (whhhhaaaaaaaa scary TAXES!!!!!! gahhhhhh, MINORITIES!!!! hALP!) who look to be around people exactly like them because it's safe. Most of these kids identify as 'socially liberal, but definitely fiscally conservative' - translation 'I don't want anyone to think I'm a racist, but I'm deathly afraid of the inevitable end of White Patriarchy in America'.
