NOVA Fit Club - Free Fitness Workouts every Wednesday night

Since March 2011, NOVA Fit Club has been offering FREE workouts to promote healthy living in the Lyon Park and local Arlington communities.

Led by Independent Team Beachbody Coach and P90x and INSANITY Program Certified Instructor Deborah Wooldridge, the workouts are all about giving exposure to what fitness can be all about in a fun, supportive and motivating environment.

Experience Beachbody workouts you have seen on TV like P90X, P90X+, INSANITY, Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam and Brazil Butt Lift, all for FREE.

This workout group is designed to give you exposure to what fitness can be all about, while building friendships, and above all, having fun!

If you are looking for a group of like-minded individuals to work out with who will keep each other motivated to reach our health & fitness goals - you are in the right place.

All you need is a water bottle and towel - be prepared to sweat!

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. It's never too late to start.
