He actually isn't new at all, he's been around here doing his thing for years. The majority of them do not work or are "self employed." The ones who live with wives/or girlfriends really puzzle me b/c I don't understand a woman who would live with/sleep with/financially support such a creature. Maybe they are involved as well. I know this is my worthless opinion, but if we can't keep them locked up they should all be made to live in halfway type houses in the dustbowls of Kansas and Iowa doing some type of back breaking agricultural/manual WORK 100s of miles from any women or children. First off, This registered sex offender website is very dangerous to morons like you. You will be put on the Registered Sex offender web site for something like prostitution, or other crap. Indecent liberties with a kid could be something like giving a 17-18 year old kid cigarettes and beer for sexual acts. Yes by the law they are kids, but cops dont arrest them for having sex. Its only when the kid gets pissed off at the dude do they tell their parents whats going on... This is not a magic website that will tell you about the nasty monsters that live near you. You as a parent need to talk to your kids about these monsters and make sure they know what to do if approached by one of these pricks. Child Molesters are cowards. The like to control, thats why they take kids. Normal kids get quiet when they're scared. I taught mine to go straight for the nads and scream fire at the top of their lungs and to make sure they make eye contact.

You can not judge these people on these sites just because they are on there. You have to be a parent and make sure you tell your kids about all of the monsters that they might run into and what to do if they come across one..

James Craig Summers of Burke, Virginia is one of the newest sex offenders. He's a Fairfax County Police Officer and retired captain from the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.

Summers was convicted by a Prince William County jury April 11, 2013 and is scheduled to be sentenced August 2, 2013. Presently, he's in jail pending a mental evaluation.
