Day 21

Had 3 waffles before work. Was on my feet for about 5 hours. Had a tasty cake that I had forgotten I'd taken there and some pineapples and an apple. I am starving and going to chow down on some salad with salmon, boiled egg, potato, little pieces of the pork egg roll and if there's anymore quinoa and kale cake. Off tomorrow so I'll be getting the bike and weights tonight then taking it easy tomorrow with the bike and weights. Beautiful day out!

Ate my salad then ate an orange and got hungry as fuck again so I ate another salad. That was really weird. I don't know how people go into a calorie deficit because this crap just has me starving pretty much if I don't eat junk. Sheesh!

I just read something and it said "Do something for 21 days and you've created a habit". I've been doing this for 22 days actually. But I think I have the hang of it. I'm really tired and want to take a nap but I'm going to get my ass on the bike for a mile instead

Got on the bike then added 20 more lbs to the barbell. 40lbs and my arms feel like they want to rip out of their sockets lol. Doing the bench press was nice. Did a few curls and then some other exercise that I don't even know the name of. I'll hit the dumbbells before bed. Took a cold shower and may hit the bike for another mile before bed as well. I'm going to be in some serious pain tomorrow

Thanks. I'll check them out. I have extra strength tiger balm which does wonders. I also did some stretches. The whey protein, ginger powder, ground cinnamon and flaxseed is usually pretty good. But I may have overdone it. I may have to stick to the 20lbs and do more reps before adding that much. I have muscle relaxers but am on my last refill of those and usually like to use those when I have work the next day after a hard day at work beforehand. But would really like to get off the prescriptions. I ate another salad. Have to cook more salmon tomorrow. I don't know what I weigh at the moment. The batteries in the scale died and now it won't turn back on even with new batteries. I was 198 at the doctor a few weeks ago. Going to try to get into some older shorts and see how that goes
