Day 20

I went to bed pretty late last night. And also ate some waffles before bed. The eating early shit is going to be the toughest hurdle.

Thankfully I have a wonderful family who's helping out with my journey. They bought me more salmon, kale and quinoa cake. Never heard of it before but it tastes like veggie crab cakes lol. Bananas, pineapples, watermelon, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and some milk. I have to work tomorrow so I'm going to take it easy today but get on the bike and do a few reps with the weights. Besides that, cleaning up and cooking for the week!

I ate an apple already and a piece of cake. Only have one more slice left and that'll be all the sweets I have. Besides the waffles. But no more snacks. So that'll be an adjustment for the upcoming week!

Ate the other piece of cake lol. Had an apple and now eating a salad with potato, boiled egg, quinoa and kale cake pieces, and salmon

I had some of that mixed into my other batch of whey protein. Thinking about getting it again. Thanks!


Ate another salad with the same stuff from earlier minus the egg. Had some pineapples as well and did a mile on the bike backwards and forwards on #4 resistance.

That shit is going to be a struggle. My thighs were really burning but that's what it's all about I guess! Thinking about adding another weight plate to the barbell but we'll see how that goes. Took a cold shower and it does seem to help with the pain and inflammation!

Work tomorrow so I'll be on my feet for about four hours or five.

Gotta figure out this whole counting calories and macros thing. I really wish I was more motivated and disciplined when it comes to the snacking but I ate dinner around 7 and had my whey protein at about 830.

Going to try my hardest to quit smoking once I'm done with this pack. Vape has been good to me but I love the burn.
