Day 21

Had 3 waffles before work. Was on my feet for about 5 hours. Had a tasty cake that I had forgotten I'd taken there and some pineapples and an apple. I am starving and going to chow down on some salad with salmon, boiled egg, potato, little pieces of the pork egg roll and if there's anymore quinoa and kale cake. Off tomorrow so I'll be getting the bike and weights tonight then taking it easy tomorrow with the bike and weights. Beautiful day out!
