Day 20

I went to bed pretty late last night. And also ate some waffles before bed. The eating early shit is going to be the toughest hurdle.
Thankfully I have a wonderful family who's helping out with my journey. They bought me more salmon, kale and quinoa cake. Never heard of it before but it tastes like veggie crab cakes lol. Bananas, pineapples, watermelon, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and some milk. I have to work tomorrow so I'm going to take it easy today but get on the bike and do a few reps with the weights. Besides that, cleaning up and cooking for the week!
I ate an apple already and a piece of cake. Only have one more slice left and that'll be all the sweets I have. Besides the waffles. But no more snacks. So that'll be an adjustment for the upcoming week!
