Worked today. On my feet for 6 hours. Ate 3 waffles for breakfast. A few apples and an orange today. Had carrots and chicken fingers and almonds. Not sure what I'll be eating for dinner but will not be eating past 8pm then will make it 730 then eventually 7. I've noticed that the later I eat fhe worse I feel. Off work for the next two days so I'll be hitting the workouts heavy! Bike, weights, ab circle pro!
